I’M NOT SURE WHICH TRAINING PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR US.

No problem! We’ll help you choose the program that best fits your dog’s needs and your goals during our initial conversation.

MY DOG IS OLDER. IS IT TOO LATE TO START TRAINING?

Not at all! Dogs of any age can learn. We tailor our approach to your dog’s age, history, and personality to set them up for success.

DO YOU OFFER BOARD & TRAIN?

No. We believe owners should be involved throughout the training process because lasting results come from teaching both you and your dog.

TRAINING MORE THAN ONE DOG?

Yes! Additional dogs can often be included, and in most cases it’s only a small additional fee.

MY DOG IS AGGRESSIVE OR REACTIVE. CAN YOU HELP?

Yes. We work with many dogs who display aggression, fear, or reactivity. Every dog is different, and we’ll create a customized plan based on your dog’s behavior and your goals.

DO YOU USE SHOCK COLLARS OR E-COLLARS?

No. Our programs focus on communication, leadership, structure, and proven training methods. We don’t rely on shock collars or e-collars as part of our standard curriculum.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE BAD WEATHER?

We’ll always do our best to train in safe conditions. If severe weather makes it unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule your lesson.

I HAVE A RESCUE DOG. WILL TRAINING HELP THEM?

Absolutely! Many of our clients have rescue dogs. With patience, consistency, and the right training plan, most dogs can overcome past experiences and thrive.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit cards, and select digital payment options.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

The full balance is due at the end of the first lesson if you choose to continue with the program.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE?

We ask that all balances be paid within 14 days of the end of your first lesson.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO WORK WITH MY DOG THIS WEEK?

Life happens! Just do your best to stay consistent. We’ll help you get back on track and make the most of the training.

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR TRAINING?

Yes. We proudly stand behind our program. If you follow your personalized training plan, practice with your dog for about 15 minutes, three times a day, attend your scheduled lessons, and complete your training log, you can expect excellent results. Our guarantee is built on teamwork—when you commit to the process, we’ll be there every step of the way.

DO YOU TRAIN PROTECTION OR ATTACK DOGS?

No. We don’t train protection or attack dogs. Our focus is on obedience, behavior modification, and creating happy, well-adjusted family companions.
