Helping Nashville Families Build Better Lives With Their Dogs
Helping people with their dogs has brought me more real joy than anything else I’ve done.”

My Story
I trained my first dog when i was 12 through my local 4-H program.
Growing up in Hillsdale County, Michigan, I spent countless hours training, showing, and learning everything I could about dogs. Understanding how they think, learn, and communicate has always come naturally to me.
Like many people, I came to Nashville pursuing a different career. While that chapter of my life gave me incredible experiences, it also helped me discover what I truly wanted to do. Dogs had been a part of my life since childhood, and that passion never went away.
I completed my professional education through K( University and founded Music City K9 Training in 2018 with one simple mission: help families enjoy happier lives with their dogs while keeping as many dogs as possible out of shelters.
